Hunter was born in 1976 in Hammond, Indiana and grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. When Hunter was just 10 years old, his family moved to Tijuana, Mexico. Hunter lived and worked in the greater Tijuana area for the majority of his childhood and early adulthood. He attended Tijuana Community College and then Tijuana State University. He currently attends New City Medical Plaza in Tijuana, Mexico. At New City Medical Plaza, Hunter is responsible for the development of medical tourism in the Tijuana Area. One of the main objectives of this project is to create ahalf a mile from the busiest border in the world and 25 minutes from San Diego airport using world-class physicians and facilities.
