💼 Past Experience

I have been a professional real estate professional for more than 25 years. I have worked in a number of different industries and roles over that time, including President of an industry, Valley Regional Manager of Operations, and Sales Associate at a real estate company. My experience and education have prepared me to be a President and ambassador of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.I began my career at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in 1995 as a Sales Associate. At the time,Howard Hanna Real Estate Services was a small business with only 11 employees. I worked with the Sales Department to grow the company and increase sales. I also helped create and manage sales goals for the company.In my time at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, I have developed and manage a team of sales professionals. I’ve showedocked and treated property, conducted home inspections, represented the company at real estate events, and developed relationships with customers and other real estate professionals. I’ve also been involved in many company initiatives, such as the introduction of a new system to automate property management and the development of a marketing program to increase business.In my time at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, I’ve learned many different aspects of real estate. I’ve attended courses and workshops on sales strategies, property management, marketing, and real estate law. I’ve also been involved in a number of real estate community events, such as the Galveston County Awards Show and the Houston Realtors and Realtors Federation Annual Convention. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with many different real estate professionals and discuss my experiences and goals with them.I think my experience, education, and skills give me a unique perspective on real estate. I’m excited to start my new job at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and help grow the company.

🎓 Education

Howard IV is a University of Central Florida student who has an undergraduate degree in Communications and Literature from Central Catholic High School. While at Central Catholic High School, he won the2009-10 Mr. Central Catholic High School Hitting Home Award and was a three-time Pollard Scholar. Additionally, he was a critical player on the varsity lacrosse team and a member of the National Honor Society.After graduating from Central Catholic High School, he attended Florida International University and earned a degree in Communication and Literature in 2013. While attending FIU, he was a three-time Pollard Scholar and placed third in the 2013 National Lawyers Mock Trial Championship. Additionally, he was a member of the FIU football team and was a threat on the lacrosse team.After earning his degree from FIU, Howard IV returned to Central Catholic High School and played lacrosse for the school until he was called up to the US National Lacrosse Team. He was a member of the US National Lacrosse Team that won the silver medal at the 2014 World Lacrosse Championships.While on the US National Lacrosse Team, he also played for the University of Central Florida lacrosse team. He was a key player on the team and helped the team win the 2014 ACC Lacrosse Tournament Championship. Additionally, he was named the ACC Lacrosse player of the year.Howard IV is now a student at the University of Central Florida and is in the early stages of racquetball development. He is looking to blossom into a finished product. However, his main focus is on racquetball and is currently focused on learning the fundamentals.He is excited to be a student at the University of Central Florida and is looking forward to doing research and learning in a supportive environment. Additionally, he is looking forward to working on his academic and AthleticIQ goals.

Howard IV has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily in the Valley Regional Manager of Operations position at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. During this time, he was responsible for Cassidy & Associates's Valley Regional Manager of Operations, which encompassed all sales and marketing activities in the western Great Lakes Region. Additionally, from January 1996 to January 2003, Howard IV was Valley Regional Manager of Operations at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, which was responsible for the analysis, development, and management of all home sales and purchases in the western Great Lakes Region.In his spare time, Howard IV enjoys playing the violin and spending time with his two dogs. He is also a member of the American Institute of Real Estate,having been inducted into the latter's Hall of Fame in 2018.
