Himanshu Aggarwal's education and experience:Himanshu Aggarwal first learned about the business world from his father. He started his career in product management and development at an early age, working on products like a hand held scanner and a phone. He eventually progressed to being a growth officer, where he helped lead companies to massive growth. Aggarwal holds a degree in product management from the Indian School of Business in 2002. After leaving the business world, he studied Economics at Harvard University (where he graduated with a doctorate in economics in 2006).Since leaving his academic studies, Aggarwal has worked in a number of field roles, including as a growth officer at an advertising company, as an entrepreneur and investor, and as a consultant at a software company. In his free time, he likes to read, write, and watch good movies.

He was born in 1980 in Delhi, India.Aggarwal completed his studies in both B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in 1997 and 2001. He then spent two years at the Indian Technology Secretariat, working in the field of software engineering.In 2008, Aggarwal moved to US and started his teaching work at the University of Utah at the School of Engineering. However, in 2015, he moved back to India and started his current teaching work at IIT-Delhi.He hasanda Aggarwal has an earned doctorate in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi.
