"tiny tasks", will give you the focus and energy you need to successfully tackle the challenge at hand. cumulatively, these mini-tasks will help to root out the key Piece of the Puzzle.4. Take the plunge. When you are challenged, take the plunge. This will enable you to get your hands dirty and become more creative. It will also enable you to better empathy for others and develop a greater understanding of their challenges.5. Find your authentic voice. Before graduating from Wharton School of Business, Henna Inam spent four years working as an executive education and leadership candidate at Harvard Business School. After her time at the business school, her work included stints at finance companies and multinationals. Inam's undergraduate education was in economics and businessysics from the University ofPennsylvania.
