Customer Success at BoltNygard was appointed as a Customer Success Manager at Bolt in February 2019. Her responsibilities included leading teams to drive outcomes for Bolt’s new cloud customer support model, Generating new content for Bolt’s website including member spotlights, nonprofit job and event submissions, and sector articles and grant opportunities, as well as assisting with other office needs such as program/training preparation, online databases, website support, and marketing/communications.In her previous roles at Beamery and Oracle, Nygard gained experience working with customers in the customer success field.
