My experience in the recruiting world has gone from being on the telephone recruiting candidates for one of MRI’s Top performers, to assisting the entire office in anything that I could on the computer for them. My job description was to make sure that the recruiters had everything they needed to stay on the telephone to be productive. This includes company data, candidate research and development and social media development. We also brought in a new Applicant Tracking System and customized it for the permanent, contract and temp-to-hire part of the company.
I have done training at MRI offices, other Internet Researchers, MRI Regional conferences and outside MRI.
I have spoken at MRI Regional conferences, OAESP local meetings, OAESP Spring Workshop, Cincinnati SHRM and SourceCon.
After leaving MRI, I have taken on a new challenge and will have to let you know in the future how it turns out.
