After 19 years of successful tenure Disneyland Resort Hotels as an Executive with many roles including General Manager, Resident Manager, Hotel Manager, and Food and Beverage Manager, Hee-Won Lim joined Pacific Palms Resort in May of 2007 as Vice President of Operations. In October 2009, Hee-Won assumed her new position as Vice President and General Manager for the Pacific Palms Resort following the property’s total top to bottom $60 million dollar refurbishment including the addition of the world-class Red Restaurant & Bar, total golf course renovation, guest room and meeting room renovation and the addition of the area’s first lifestyle spa. Responsible for overseeing the hotel, certified conference center operations, signature dining, two championship golf courses and spa, Hee-Won is heavily involved in the resort’s growth into the leisure market while maintaining its popularity as the premier location for business travel and meetings.
