In addition, proficient in client studies such as Morris Water Maze. Generate and analyze data, manage and execute projects in collaboration with internal and external principal investigators. Perform rodent perfusions, cardiocentesis, tissue/organ harvest, fixation, processing and storing. Experience with photo documentation and annotation of varies rodent tissues. From March 2012 to July 2013 (1 year 5 months) In Vivo Technologist II @ The Jackson Laboratory Strictly follow all SOPs and IACUC approved protocols. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment requiring strict attention to detail while preserving quality and customer satisfaction. Co-lead on In Vivo onocology studies with minimum supervision. Trained technicians on various necropsy methods including lung perfusions. Meticulous and accurate billing and database record keeping. Assisted on study preparation and setup. Certified to work under BioSafety Level 1 and 2 conditions.
