Orchestrated launch of HR Service Center to handle inquires from 3.5K employees; included email and phone system implementation, as well as directed 2 staff members charged with overseeing operation; Launched 1st HRIS system, UltiPro/Ultimate Time Management/Ultimate Time and Attendance that cut in half the number of employee enquiries coming into HR and resulted in improving productivity of HR staff and automated numerous HR processes; Conducted extensive research and analysis to identify global mobility partner for international expansion; ensured cost effective solution that also met needs and requirements; Initiated and instituted HR communications related to changes, benefits, and launch of new tools. From December 2001 to April 2012 (10 years 5 months) Director, Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources Operations @ In charge of administration of employee compensation and benefit plans, including 401(k), as well as annual plan renewals, negotiations and implementation, and audits to assure cost containment. Negotiations almost always resulted in cost savings through containment of premium leakage. Managed employee information meetings. Directed staff of 3. From December 2008 to September 2009 (10 months) Director, Benefits, Training and Human Resources Operations @ Performed same functions as in above position with staff of 3. Initiated HR “Lunch and Learn” program to cross-train staff; launched server Manager and Supervisor training modules resulting in more self-sufficient Managers across the enterprise. From November 2007 to December 2008 (1 year 2 months) Manager, Human Resources/Acting Director @ Directed staff of 5 and charged with implementing various HR initiatives, including rollout of new payroll systems, anti-harassment and security awareness training, start of formal job descriptions and compensation structure. Benefited the payroll department staff with launch of payroll system, an upgraded ADP system and Ceridian that streamlined the process through integration of time keeping system; Developed and delivered online anti-harassment and security awareness training, as well as targeted training to new Managers and Supervisors; Refined HR processes and procedures, including development of written HR procedural manual that documented policies enabling any HR staff member to complete any task with little or no prior training.
