A recent graduate from the Claremont Graduate University where I received my masters in Human Resource Design. I am looking to begin my career in Human Resources and utilize and expand upon my graduate school experiences, skills, knowledge and abilities. Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of being both professional and personal, whether working as a team member, with executives or new hires, or teaching four-year-olds to read. I see a career in Human Resources as giving me the opportunity to develop and apply my strengths in teaching, organizing, leading, listening, encouraging and improving others.
