💼 Past Experience

I am Harold Joe Strickland Jr. PhD, an ordained minister with American Marriage Ministries, and before that, I was President of Florida Liquidation Station from 2005-2008. I am also a business broker intermediary with Transworld Business Advisors, and have been selling and managing sales operations at Sears since 1999.I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and have experience in a wide variety of business ventures. I am particularly proficient in negotiating and reaching agreements with potential buyers and renters, and have a deep understanding of how to run a successful business.I have also worked with RIAA (theRecording Industry Association), and have been involved in the development of their music industry policies. I am particular interested in Music Education and Recording Rights Legislation, and am currently a post-doctoral fellow at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.I am deeply committed to evangelical Christianity, and have worked specifically in the fields of music education and social justice. I believe that my experiences and work will give back to the sick and needy in ways that are most meaningful to me. I am excited to contribute my time and assets to American Marriage Ministries, and look forward to working with all of you in the coming years.
