QA Manager @ Job Purpose
As a QA Manager, I report to the Head of Development and I am expected to lead the Quality Assurance Team on a day to day basis covering the whole spectrum of Application Testing.
I am responsible for overseeing the design, integration, deployment and all other aspects of Testing Applications and Information Systems belonging to i3Q Systems and its Clients.
I am also responsible for all aspects of managing,supporting and developing a Team of Senior QA Specialists within the Development Environment to deliver an outstanding customer focused service. This includes project managing the allocation of work across the team ensuring appropriate utilisation of staff at all times.
As a QA Manager, I work with Project Managers, Developers,QA Specialists, Business Analysts and other individuals/parties to ensure the Test/QA Requirements are fully documented and agreed; that all defined QA policies, procedures and standards are followed; and those Testing activities are delivered within agreed Timescales, are of high quality and are fit for purpose.

In charge of a Team of Senior QA Specialists responsible for providing a comprehensive suite of Tests to ensure the continued excellent quality and performance of our products.
Ensure the team consistently deliver high quality results and contribute to the further development of QA Testing processes.
Take responsibility for testing all product releases to quality standards and timescales. The ability to prioritise and work within tight timescales in order to meet deadlines.
Manage the Test Process including tracking of progress and results.
