Work closely with product owners to develop the conceptual and logical models that drive our business. Responsible for all aspects of the data life cycle: master data management, transactional systems, analytic systems and search. Reverse engineered the middle and back office databases, defined each entity and attribute, and then mapped each to our end-state design. Each of these systems were extremely legacy, so this effort provided the clarity required to make migration decisions with confidence.
Defined the logical models for several of the next generation data services, which served as the backbone the enterprise SOA implementation.
