Hafsa Danguir started her academic career at the University of Lille in France, where she currently teaches product management, agile, and digital project management. She also worked as a digital project manager and web developer at several companies before becoming a founder at Sheba.Since starting Sheba, Hafsa has faced many challenges in her work. She has to manage a team of owners and educators, develop products, and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues. Hafsa also has to work with different industry sectors and standards, as Sheba Try is a digital-only school.Despite these challenges, Hafsa has successfully implemented and maintained several Scrum teams and projects. She is also highly experienced with the agile method and has been teaching it to students at EFFICOM LILLE and at MyDigitalSchool. Hafsa is also a successful facilitator of meetings and is highly skilled at orchestrating team interactions.
