He also was the director, training, learning and development at W.R. Grace dba Del Taco, Taco Tico, Taco Villa from January 1987 to June 1990. He was a restaurant manager at Burger King Corporation from June 1981 to December 1983 and the director, diversity, equity and inclusiveness at McDonald's Corporation from March 2010 to January 2021. He was the CEO & Executive Coach at H Enterprises, LLC (21st Century Consulting, Inc) from February 1993 to March 2010 and the district manager at The Wendy's Company from January 1983 to December 1987. He also has experience as a diversity, equity, and leadership development officer with Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
