Her education begins with Dekalb Community College, where H. Crews earned a bachelors in Business Administration in 2006. After her bachelors, H. Crews moved on to the University ofSouthern Mississippi, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work in 2009. Upon graduating from Southern Mississippi, H. Crews moved on to be an instructor and functional psychologist in the Department of Psychology at Emmanuel African Methodist Episcopal College in Charleston, SC in 2012.While at Emmanuel African Methodist Episcopal College, H. Crews earned her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology in 2016. Upon earning her graduate degree, H. Crews relocated to Jacksonville, FL and began her work-readiness journey as an associate professor of psychology at Jacksonville State University.This past year, H. Crews has been an associate professor at Jacksonville State University, where she teaches psychology students the tools and techniques they need to succeed in their careers. In addition to her work at Jacksonville State University, H. Crews is also the founder and managing director of a startup accelerator, StartUp City, and is a board member for the Jacksonville chapter of the American Psychological Association.In her work at Jacksonville State University, H.
