Guadalupe Garcia is a Mexican business owner, human resources administrator and educational consultant who has a degree in business administration from Universidad de Guanajuato and a licentiate degree in psychology from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.Garcia started her business career in 2006 as a personal assistant to her husband, who is also a business owner. Garcia subsequently worked her way up within her husband's business, becoming managing director and general manager. In 2015 she became vice president of the firm, which falls within the accounting and financial services industry. In her previous positions, Garcia has worked with clients in the Mexico and North America Markets.Garcia is experienced in human resources administration, and has successfully overseen the hiring and training of 150 employees in the past five years. She has also experience in effective communication and marketing practices. With her team's input, Garcia is currently developing a new human resources program specific to the needs of the company's new executive team.Garcia has also strayed from traditional education routes, attaining a degree in business administration from Universidad de Guanajuato and a licentiate degree in psychology from Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosí.
