Drove technology due-diligence efforts in all fund-raising and acquisition activities. From January 1999 to December 2005 (7 years) Director – New Applications Technology @ Voice Control Systems Joined VCS upon acquisition of PureSpeech in 3/98. As member of executive team, reconciled combined company product offering and developed strategic plan. Led feasibility analysis of advanced speech recognition technology for call-center markets. Left company before results of plan could be observed. VCS shortly thereafter acquired by Phillips. From March 1998 to December 1998 (10 months) Consultant @ Symmetrix Delivered integrated strategic, organizational and systems consulting to large insurance company.
