Greg Justice is a Vice President with NFP Executive Benefits and has significant experience in business development and consulting with an actuarial background which has created a substantial number of C-Level executive relationships within public/private Fortune 1000 organizations and healthcare systems across the country. Prior to NFP, Greg has held executive business development and client relationship management positions with some of the largest, most respected human resource consulting and financial services firms in the world.

NFP Executive Benefits, a specialized practice within NFP, helps clients reduce expenses while at the same time enhancing and designing corporate sponsored supplemental life, disability, and retirement benefit plans offered to highly compensated employees within 1,400 clients in all industries including working for 24 of the Fortune 100 organizations.
Greg’s experience includes the design, implementation, administration, and funding solutions for supplemental benefit programs which include deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), supplemental disability and life insurance plans. He also has extensive experience with qualified retirement plans and investment advisory which include defined benefit plans and the various types of defined contribution plans in the marketplace.
Greg is a graduate of Ball State University with Master's and Bachelor of Science degrees in Actuarial Science. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), holds FINRA Series 7, 65, 63 and 6 securities licenses and maintains the necessary state insurance licenses for life, health, and variable products. Greg is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
