Responsible for the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and maintenance staff located at each facility. Responsible for defining clear performance indicators and work schedules in support of the manufacturing operations and business objectives. Within the scope of the position accountabilities,responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining a validated computerized maintenance management system to maximize on-line time for production areas. Responsible for controlling the departmental expense budget while effectively maintaining the facilities and continuously focusing on ways to reduce operating expenses. All work is performed in compliance with FDA and DEA requirements, as well as all federal, state and local requirements relating to health, safety and the environment.
