As well as the standard Siebel configuration for the UI elements, I also developed several workflows and an inbound/outbound web service interface between Siebel and a 3rd party reporting application. * Moved to the CRM development team in August 2007 where I worked on the Upgrade project to Siebel 8. Was responsible for the development, testing and troubleshooting of the web service interface between Siebel and Portal. * Spent a year supporting the CRM production systems (Siebel 6.3) at AMP.
