After a short experience in a leading company in precision electromechanical in 1982 he arrives at Iris Ceramica Group. In 1985 he becomes the youngest Manager (dirigente) of Italy. In 1987 he takes the role of Commercial Director at Granitifiandre Spa, a subsidiary of Iris, where in 1992 he’s appointed CEO. In 2000 he’s appointed Vice-President. In 2001, he led, as Pres.and CEO, Granitifiandre Spa to the Milan Stock Exchange; 1st Company to be placed on the “Star segment" reserved for stocks with high requirements, achieving a capitalization of more than 10 times EBITDA. In 2003 he founds the companies Porcelaingres, with production in Germany and Stonepeak Cer. Inc., with offices in Chicago and factory in Tennessee. In 2005 he carries an M&A with the acquisition of Savoia Canada Inc. In 2008 he becomes Pres.and CEO of Technokolla SpA. At the end of 2008, he leaves the Fiandre Group to assume the role of CEO of Technogym Group. In March 2009, having left Technogym, he assumes the role of Pres. and CEO of Granitifiandre Group. In 2011, he carries out a M&A with the French distribution company Arcarel. He’s been the Pres. and CEO of Fiandre Group till March 2013. From April 2013, he is President and CEO of Koramic Chemicals and Ceramics. In April 2013 he becomes CEO of Petracer’s Ceramics, acquired by KCC in June of the same year through the constitution of Petracer’s Holding, of which he is President and CEO. In July 2014 Petracer’s Holding acquires the French “Toscane et Tradition” of which he is President & CEO. In July 2015, Petracer’s Holding acquires “PECCHIOLI CERAMICA FIRENZE”: he becomes President and CEO. He is also Chairman of Cofrac France and Resiplast US, board member of Resiplast and Resitec Belgium. In all these years the growth of companies managed has always been positive in term of results and regarding margins, the highest on the industry segment.
