I find the challenge of delivery in difficult circumstances the most enjoyable part of my role.
My professional philosophy includes that learning is possible in any situation. With this in mind I encourage my teams to learn from their own mistakes and successes whilst observing others. I summarise this with a look forward, look back and look across mentality.
We all have coaching moments in every day life, I believe firmly we should take these moments and communicate not only the negative feed back, but the more important praise at every opportunity.
It is my personal aim that my primary three key attributes are communications, leadership and empathy.
The style of leadership I employ is one of inclusiveness and of empowerment. We all have the ability to do more, it simply needs to be recognised and nurtured.
