Associate Director of IT Strategy and Delivery @ Associate Director of IT at an NHS Integrated Trust. The Trust provides acute and community services across the county of Buckinghamshire including the world renowned National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville hospital. I am responsible for the management of the IT Technical teams and the Digital Innovation Programme teams who implement major IT projects within the Trust. Involved working with a joint Spanish/English team to identify the strategy and way forward for the implementation of the Spanish Banking System in Abbey. From April 2004 to September 2005 (1 year 6 months) IT Project Manager - Payments @ IT Project Management of projects relating to UK Cheque Clearing and Cash Processing. This involved identifying suitable Commercial Off the Shelf systems and hardware and managing the projects to implement them. In-house development and support of key systems to support the cheque clearing processes. Payments Systems Project Manager for potential outsourcing of some functions. From December 1999 to April 2004 (4 years 5 months) IT Project Manager @ Customer Relationship Management System - IT Project Manager for the on-line and batch implementation of a CRM based system. Involved Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Design, Systems Development and coordination and support of testing, implementation and post implementation Ongoing Support - Full IT Development Project Lifecycle. From July 1995 to December 1999 (4 years 6 months) Systems Analyst and Developer @ Risk and Debt Management - Involved in analysing, defining the requirements, package selection, implementation and support of a third party package to support the Debt Management Function of Abbey National plc.
