Affiliates span price comparison, voucher code, abandoned basket, cash back and email among many others. Display activity has been used in a remarketing capacity aimed at capturing abandoned basket and site warm leads. The return on investment targets for PPC, display and affiliates centre on an average cost per order and i have delivered those this financial year. Social media and content marketing I have redefined our conversation and content marketing strategy, working with a social and content marketing agency. It has been delivered through written and video content on a new blog site which was built in just 4 weeks. eCRM I have shaped over time a personalised, dynamic email programme. Using behavioral data to influence scheduling and dynamically tailor content to make the communication as relevant, compelling and timely as possible. Analytics I have experience of using tracking tools like Google Analytics, Omniture and Tagman/Ensighten for performance reporting and understanding the path to conversion. This has helped attribute the value our marketing activity and consequently led to adjustments in budget and measures of performance. Tesco International Calling is a international calls proposition in the form of a traditional card bought at till and more recently a new app service. This targeted Lebara, Lyca, Rebtel to name a few with the aim of introducing a brand you can trust, along with transparency and simplicity to a confusing and promiscuous market. I held responsibility for planning and delivering the marketing launch of these two new brands for Tesco. From brand proposition, strategy and identity to the marketing plan itself. Customer insight both quantitative and qualitative was at the heart of development. I held responsibility for all customer life cycle communications from acquisition to in life and retention. All customer touch points were identified to provide a seamless, consistent, first class experience. On top of traditional communication via email, SMS and postal mailing the International Calling app also uses push notifications to support customer management. I defined the marketing plan to achieve customer acquisition and retention targets with regular reporting on performance in trade meetings. A programme of test and learn was run in conjunction with core activity to optimise the approach.
