When asked about her work experiences, Gina Baldazzi said, "I have a very diverse work experience because I have worked with Salesforce and" Baldazzi has been a Salesforce System Architect in Provo, UT, since 2018. In this role, she was responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce's sales and project management systems. She also worked with several university departments to gather user requirements and current processes to be implemented in a new Salesforce instance to manage the student lifecycle.Inbound Activator: Baldazzi was responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce's Inbound Activator, which helps sales teams manage incoming requests. This tool helps sales teams manage incoming requests by automaticallyexcluding certain types of requests from being sent. Baldazzi also developed and maintained Salesforce's Inventory Coordinator, which is responsible forcoordinating all areas of marketing, advertising and PR for a small consumer electronics manufacturer.Senior Marketing Coordinator: Baldazzi was responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce's Senior Marketing Coordinator, which helps sales teams achieve over $250 million in revenue in 2004. In her previous position, Baldazzi formulated trends and benchmarks to establish consistent reporting and tracking of Central Marketing Distribution programs. She also developed and produced financial and program performance reports which, having established a proven record of consistency and accuracy were adopted by the West Coast Call Center and multiple resort properties.Automated and enhanced existing response reports which had previously required two Marketing Managers and one full day of manual entry. This immediately decreased errors, increased efficiency and allowed the Managers to focus on their other job responsibilities. Baldazzi has also identified other areas of the business where she can contribute to.
