I am currently working for Simplified Recruitment, a website which is revolutionising the way companies find the best talent.
Simplified has been operating since 2010 and has developed a highly effective and efficient approach to hiring. We are able to deliver the large majority of services provided by a traditional recruitment agency, in a flexible way, at approximately 20% of the typical cost. In addition to large financial savings, our model allows for improvements in time to hire, overall talent quality, and improves each employer brand.
Not only is it significantly faster and less expensive to recruit via Simplified, clients also attract better people and present themselves more effectively to the labour market.
Rather than spending on agency fees and entrenching agents as the most effective hiring source, we encourage our clients to invest in talent instead. We help businesses use their recruitment budget to make long term investments in their future. As Simplified expands and more companies select us as their first port of call for recruitment, we continually improve our buying power and market position.
We currently advertise approximately 600 jobs per month. Given these job volumes and assuming a low 10% turnover, if Simplified was a typical company, it would have the buying power of a business employing 72,000 staff.
