The visualization library is well suited for numerous types of analysis, including categorical, comparison, trend, percent-to-total and multi-dimensional. -evangelize new features and create detailed specifications by working with customers, sales, engineers and graphic designers. Prioritize features and issues, helping the team cope with upcoming deadlines. Enable customers to slice-and-dice / swim through their data and gain insights into their business without being overwhelmed with auxiliary tasks such as formatting. Visualizations could be readily formatted when so desired, either by invoking a toolbar or the appropriate properties panel.-my work has lead to the creation of new products, including Dynamic Dashboards on Mobile devices and Governed Data Discovery, on premise and on the Cloud. From August 2007 to June 2015 (7 years 11 months) Associate Program Manager @ MicroStrategy -build visualizations for MicroStrategy’s widget library, including Heat Map, Gauge, Cylinder and Thermometer, with high attention to detail and overall user experience. Follow the Model View Controller (MVC) design paradigm, focusing on the visualization, while my teammates implement the model and the controller. -prototype new visualizations showing additional views of the data.-educate new hires in ActionScript (Flex/Flash); help setup a course to quickly learn Flex programming.-work with MicroStrategy's Web team to prototype Dynamic Dashboards.-develop a 3D engine in Flash to rotate any UI component. Communicate best practices around API usage, stay on top of new features, visit partners to get a sneak peak into their roadmap.-participate in product spotlights hosted by our partners, demoing to their sales organization DataHero's value added proposition.-assist Sales by participating in discovery meetings, giving demos, answering technical questions, and building custom dashboards to meet the prospect's needs. Provide battle cards showcasing DataHero's strengths against competitors.-have direct communication with key clients, building analytical solutions for them post-sales. Capture their requirements and share with them our product roadmap.-maintain the product roadmap with the CTO, working closely with our Creative Director from mockups to usability studies and Engineering as features are built, tested, and frequently deployed to the market.-attend trade shows, staffing DataHero's booth, meeting prospects and conducting competitive market research.-debrief analysts, showcasing DataHero's latest features as promoted by Marketing.
