Gene has over 20 years of experience as an organizational and Agile coach, trainer and consultant. He has worked with both large organizations and smaller companies, and has experience with both Inside & Outside Development teams. Gene has also taught at multiple physical and online training schools. Gene is a certified LEARN coach and trainer (CLC- CLT), and has experience working with a wide range of clients including large companies, startups, and small businesses. He is currently a Agile Practice Lead at Standard & Poor's where he was responsible for leading and coaching an Agile Practice. Gene also works as an organizational & Agile Coach and Consultant at Rabobank where he provides leadership & consulting services to their clients in the organizational design, agile software development, and problem-solving contexts.
