- Designed and developed Automation Framework to test Telco Platform of bubbly. Audio stream verification of IVR module, in-line verification of states during a call flow were challenging.
- Designed and developed a web based tool to initiate and monitor Platform test execution. The workflow includes launching an environment on AWS; deploying the bubbly platform and launching the test framework to test it. This reduced about 2days of manual work to a few minutes.
- Designed and developed Reports Dashboard using Big Query and Google Visualisation API
-Worked on Fine-tuning the platform to handle 3X more simultaneous calls. Multiple rounds of stress testing and analysis was done to achieve the same.
- Developed a handful of in-house tools to ease the work of engineers
- Worked on enhancing the UX of the IVR system.
- Proactively fixed critical bugs
- Came up with UML design diagrams for the new Telco Platform module From December 2012 to September 2014 (1 year 10 months) SingaporeProgrammer Analyst @ Worked on key projects of Retails team which drives Amazon’s retail business, the bread and butter of Amazon.
