A native of Manchester, England, Gavin Maguire began his career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at Accenture Israel where he developed, marketed, and installedLotus Active Directory products. After a period of lateral movement at Merrill Lynch, he joined Accenture UK in October 2006 as a software engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining technology systems across a number of businesses in the UK and Europe.His roles at Accenture have included responsibilities such as senior software engineer, senior technical director, global head of product, risk manager, and head of pure-play technology. He has also worked with Accenture’s AGI business, successful launch of Accenture’s cloud-based customer applications group, and is currently responsible for Accenture’s global product development organization.Previously, Gavin Maguire was senior engineer at InRaptor, a technology consulting and ERP HCM company.
