I have completely re-shaped and enhanced our marketing & communications function over the last four years around our customer segmentation. Channel Director - Transactional @ Develops and execute the ADT brand strategy as well as shaping the customer proposition and end to end customer experience. I lead the customer acquisition and retention approach and leverage data and insight to optimise campaigns. Partnering with marketing I own, develop and implement a data and insight driven approach that will lead to the development of innovative fire and security solutions and services offerings to residential and small commercial customers including 'The Connected Home / Small Business'. This is achieved by sales channel management, accountability for the end to end customer experience and shaping the Marketing & PR strategy, the product roadmap, customer service model and pricing an proposition structure. The scope includes engaging and exciting office and operations leadership and development of direct reports, cross functional teams, suppliers and external partners. From November 2015 to Present (2 months) Strategy, Marketing & Communications Director @ Plans, directs and co-ordinates the strategy for a Fire & Security business by organizing and participating in long range planning, reviewing the organisations capacity to carry forward those strategies and monitors progress against objectives.
