📖 Summary
I’m an Executive Creative Director with background in experience design. I started my digital agency career in Reykjavik, Iceland in 2000. After few years in the industry I decided to expand my wings and moved to New York to further develop my interest in interactive experiences at Parsons School of Design. At Parsons I explored interactive video and physical installations, fun experimentations that gave be a good understanding of digital experiences in physical spaces. After graduating Parsons I joined R/GA as an experience designer on the Nike account. I have worked on most of Nike’s sub-brands, developing everything from digital brand communications, to apps and digital platforms. I was a Group Executive Creative Director on the Nike account at R/GA NYC, leading work that spanned everything from digital commerce, to NIKEiD and digital retail experiences. That’s when I started to develop my passion for seamlessly connected experiences (omni). Currently I work as a Group Executive Creative Director for R/GA in Stockholm, building up the team and setting the creative vision for the office. I’m a true believer in diverse teams, both from a cultural standpoint and skillset – that’s where the magic happens. I love to create meaningful experiences, something that either changes behavior or improves our client businesses. The work should at least make the everyday life just a little bit easier.Group Executive Creative Director @ From April 2014 to Present (1 year 9 months) Group Executive Creative Director @ From November 2012 to April 2014 (1 year 6 months) Executive Creative Director @ From March 2012 to November 2012 (9 months) Creative Director @ I currently work as a creative director on the Nike account at R/GA.
