Some people call me an Interaction Designer, some call me an iOS App Developer. I prefer both! Since quite some years I'm studying Interaction Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and last year I started working as an iOS App Developer. This gave me the right knowledge of what the connection is between design and development and thats something which came quite useful for me. With this I can combine my creativity and eye for perfection with the knowledge of what happens "under the hood". I like to think of myself as the bridge between designer and developer. Besides my study Interaction Design and my job as App Developer, I was also handed the chance to start a company of my own with a good friend of mine. With this company I cannot only create the things I like, I also learn the ins and outs of running a company and how to properly manage projects. So you can say: I'm the whole package!Intern @ During a five and a half month internship at Capgemini, I will conduct research into Continuous Development practices. From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Co-founder @ Co-founder of a starting web design and development company (8Bit) situated in the Amsterdam Area. Our main focus is to design and develop interactive websites for smaller companies or start-ups. Both founders are experienced web designers and have a passion for clean and simple design. From March 2014 to Present (1 year 10 months) Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsInteraction Designer/App Developer @ Working in the role of Interaction Designer/App Developer my main duties are designing, appraisal, prototyping, development and testing of user interfaces for web applications, and apps designed for mobile devices (mostly iOS).
