Fred Kloet has many years of experience in process integration, board level, WELL, advisory boards, market research, workplace management, leadership, analytical skills, FMBIM, global strategy, business strategy, business development, writing, strategic planning, chairman, data analytics, board of directors, corporate real estate, building information modeling (BIM), facility management (FM)Fred Kloet has been working in the field of business administration and information technology for over 15 years. From 1992 until now, Fred has been involved in Facility Management and Consultant roles. Fred is currently a Accountmanager FMBIM and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Smart Work Place International. As an Accountmanager, Fred is responsible for managing and assessing customer risk. Additionally, Fred works on developing business plans and implementing new business processes. At FMBIM, Fred is currently the Lead Designer for the Board level project 'FM and openBIM'. At Smart WorkPlace, Fred also works on Grid Management projects, which include designing and building a smart work space for their employees. Additionally, Fred is also a Member of the ExpertTeam Technology for FMBIM development team at FMN and is also currently a Senior Consultant with Royal HaskoningDHV. Additionally, Fred has been working on Interoperability projects for Microsoft andEneco. In his free time, Fred enjoys participating in variousforum andarchitecture research.

Fred Kloet has a BScFacility Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen in January 1983. After that he completed his education with a Certificate Intercultural Awareness from Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Consulting in January 2011. Fred then became a Senior Facility Manager at FMH Training from January 1992 to January 1992. Fred then worked with HAVOHAVO at Lorentz from January 1977 to January 1983. Fred Kloet currently has a patent pending for the development of an interactive shared-space learning environment for students and educators.

Fred Kloet has over 15 years of experience in the field of Facility Management. A majority of this time has been spent working as a consultant or Facility Manager in companies such as: FMH, Villa FM Italia, and Smart WorkPlace International. Fred also holds a background in Business Strategy, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. In his previous positions, Fred has helped companies grow their businesses by providing innovative and theoretical approaches to problem solving. In his current role, Fred is responsible forwonning member ExpertTeam Technology at FMN (Facility Management Nederland). In addition, he is also responsible for developing the software used by members of the ExpertTeam Technology team. Fred is also an owner and member of Digital Twin Consortium, and a Founding Chairman of the CEN/TC 348 Committee for EN15221. Fred is also an architect with experience in creating business plans for three different companies- Microsoft, Eneco, and RICOH.
