Mr. Reynolds is the Internal Resources Sales Manager for SUN Automation Group, a provider of corrugated machinery, products and parts. In this role he leads the company’s in-house sales team, oversees a group of sales professionals. His present employer has grown impressively over three decades. SUN Automation evolved from the world authority in lead edge feeders to the producer of the world’s first fixed frame vertically opening rotary die cutter and creator of the corrugated markets fastest high speed digital printer. Developing innovative products is what SUN is all about. Frank says "It’s exciting to see and hear our customer’s positive feedback once our products are delivered and installed".
Before advancing to manager, Frank occupied the position as SUN’s Sales Engineer. During his first twelve years, he was busy on the engineering side designing box making equipment. Prior to joining SUN, Frank occupied various engineering design positions for two other corrugated machinery manufactures, a vibratory automation firm, paper products producer and power tool maker. With each of his employers, Frank has had the good fortune to work with amazing group of colleagues.

Manager - Internal Sales Resources @ Inside Sales Manager -Manage all aspects of the inside sales department and lead generation process. Major duties include: providing management communications to the sales department; training & coaching Account Executives; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics; and managing the sales administration process.
- Generate a solid inside sales/lead/marketing generation team that exceeds sales goals.

Developed mechanical products and systems for corrugated finishing equipment.
•Project lead for SUN Automation Tray Machine - Economical print/Score/Slot equipment served to run high speed applications for a dedicated tray mix.
•Designed first top printing color unit to be integrated in Langston 66" bottom printing RDC to run a one pass die cut operation. This design eliminated an entire set–up and allowed for inside box printing. Ultimately this design led to greater versatility in display work.
•Configured hundreds of lead edge feeder applications for various OEM models.
•Responsible for SUN corrugated product development - Spectrum print units, RainbowGraphics dual blade ink system, SunTrac vacuum transfer.
•Developed mechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
•Developed manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
•Provided engineering information by answering questions and requests.
•Maintained product and company reputation by complying with internal policy.
•Authored parts and operational manuals for developed equipment including manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
•Completed projects by training and guiding technicians.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. From 1991 to 2003 (12 years) Senior Mechanical Designer @ Responsibilities included designing lead edge feeder conversions for corrugated finishing equipment. The development for each order included an engineering site survey, concept layout, full design of functional equipment necessary, detail part drawings, construct bill of material and oversee installation. From 1987 to 1991 (4 years) Mechanical Designer @ Design automation for a variety of products and assemblies using knowledge of pneumatic actuators, mechanical systems, conveyance systems and operator interfaces. Develop automation concepts/specifications or make improvements to existing products.
Create prototype and production drawings. Evaluate products, parts and processes for cost efficiency and reliability. Implement and maintain schedules to ensure project completion. Review initial run of the automation for design compliance and makes appropriate changes to ensure product compliance. From 1985 to 1987 (2 years) Mechanical Designer @ Develop automated equipment to fill paper products in the food packaging industry. Layout design and create production drawings. Review assembly processes for reliability. Travel to end user site and review design application. Make appropriate changes as required.
