Franjo Zic started his education at the University of Goettingen in Germany in 2000 after being graduated with a Science degree in 1989. He studied history, political science and business administration. He then completed his training in hospitality management at the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL in 1997. He started his career as a server at a local restaurant in Germany in 1997. He then worked in the logistics department of a major brewery in Germany from 1998 to 2002.
