💼 Past Experience

Flavia Guedes obtained her B.A. in English and Spanish from University of Notre Dame in 2008. After college, Flavia worked as an assistant at selling software unicorn Midori Atlântica before moving to become a senior assistant at Quaestor Investimentos, at the time one of the most well-known financial consulting firms in Brazil. Flavia then moved to Kent Do Brasil to work as a financeiro, but left to start her own company in January 2019. Flavia then became acting secretary for the Vice-Presidência at Eurofarma, succeeding Rogério Pouink. In October 2014, Flavia was promoted to secretary of state, and in March 2016, she was given the title of president.

Flavia Guedes's educational background tells a story of tireless effort and hard work. After completing her undergraduate education at the Benedictine University ofdec 2010, Flavia joined the administrative staff of a small Brazilian company, where she worked for five years. During her time at the company, she learned a great deal about management and Organizational Behavior. Her dedication to her professional development and development as a manager has led Flavia to be one of the most experienced and well-rounded managers in her field.
