From October 2012 to May 2015 (2 years 8 months) IT Customer Service Director @ Directed, Managed and Led an IT Customer Services Organisation consisting of 40 employees during a state of strategic transition. Notable achievements include:- - Developing a Service Desk capability in Kuala Lumpa, - Conducting major operational improvements to improve the customer experience which include a 71% reduction in RCAs, 88% reduction in standard work requests, 65% reduction in non-standard work requests and a 66% reduction in the number of incidents. From October 2010 to October 2012 (2 years 1 month) Head of Programmes @ Delivered the portfolio of Information Management Projects within the theme budget of £7m within scope and time parameters. This included: - Delivering the capability to enable secure collaboration and communication with Boeing, MoD & other Government Organisations - Deploying a further 3 Global Supplier Portal applications onto the IMR platform using a multi-vendor model (R-R, OSyS, Net Inspect, HP, Exostar, Trestle) - Establishing connectivity with the MoD & Submarines Enterprise to enable information sharing and collaboration to support the Submarines Programme. - Completing the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) design to allow a common and coherent Business Information Platform to be delivered in 2010. This will be the definitive source of reporting data for the RR enterprise. From June 2009 to October 2010 (1 year 5 months) Programme Director @ Programme Managed a Information Management programme which enabled a single, consolidated portal for suppliers to gain access to Supplier Systems & Data. This equated to £27.3 million in benefits over a 5 year period to the Supply Chain business. The budget associated with this programme was £4 million. From March 2007 to June 2009 (2 years 4 months) Senior Programme Manager @ Managed and delivered a significant programme in the aftermarket business within Rolls-Royce with an associated budget of £1.7m and affecting over 1000 users. Deliverables included designing and delivering a new aftermarket business centre alongside developing and operating a new working model. Both were completed in time and within budget.
