Felicity Menzies has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of organisations both inside and outside of the business world. Her most recent role as CEO of Include-Empower.com | Sydney + Singapore saw her work with organisations such as the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Washington University in St. Louis, and UBS Investment Bank. Felicity has also been a member of the diversity and inclusion advisory panel for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and the MBA advisory council at Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Felicity has also held a number of different management roles within the private banking and mortgage services industries. As Associate Auditor at KPMG UK from January 1993 to January 1995, Felicity was responsible for audits of a variety of companies and organisations in the UK financial services sector. Following this, she joined the Alan Jean Johnston Executive Coachingink at Bain & Company in 1995 and later worked as a Principal Consultant and CEO.
