HRIS Reporting Data Analyst II @ * Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the design and development of dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business
* Generates standard, custom, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed by business
* Delivers dashboards and embedded analytics for real-time decision-making
* Responds to requests from HR, legal and audit
* Improves the performance and experience of manager direct access with dashboard design
* Provides leadership, coaching and training support on system reporting and dashboards to all other staff across the organization that have Workday reporting in their roles and responsibilities (ie. super-users, HRBP’s).
* Designs, develops and maintains an onboarding induction tool for reporting to new employees in roles with reporting responsibility.
* Creates a network and/or community of practice across the organization to share reporting best practices. From August 2015 to Present (5 months)
