Farrukh Mahboob has a Bachelors inmathematics from Ahmadabad University and a Master’s in business administration from Boston Speaks. Farrukh Mahboob started his career in 2010 as a Sales Representative at Ericsson in Toronto. He then went on to become the Key Account Manager at Concordia University in Montreal. From there, he went on to be a Research Assistant at Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering and in 2002, he led the network management system operations at WorldCall Telecom Limited. In 2008, he started VisionX, a software development company. In 2017, he started BostonSpeaks, a life coaching company. He is also the CEO of VisionX.

Farrukh Mahboob has a Master's degree in business from Concordia University, and a Doctor of Science degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University. While in Concordia, he studied Executive Data Science and Business Administration. He was also a Management student at McGill University. After his studies at McGill, Farrukh Mahboob worked as a Management consultant at The Johns Hopkins University for two years. During this time, he started to develop his skills as a data scientist. He then moved to The Wellesley Innovation Society in Massachusetts as a Vice President of Research. There, he worked as a Research Scientist for two years. After that, he moved to the technology company Adobe Systems where he was a Senior Research Scientist for two years. Finally, he decided to stay in America and worked as a Research Scientist at Adobe Systems for two years. After two years of work at Adobe, he decided to move back to Pakistan and work as a professor at University of Engineering and Technology. At University of Engineering and Technology, he taught a course on “The Use of Statistical Methodologies In Business”. This course was successful and helped him to develop his teaching skills.While teaching this course, Farrukh Mahboob also began working on a project that he had been working on for a few months. The project was called “Data solemnity”. It was a project that was designed to help businesses to improve their data quality. Additionally, this project was also successful and helped him to develop his skills as a researcher. Finally, he decided to leave University of Engineering and TechnologyAND move back to Pakistan and work as a professor at the University ofPakistan. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he also works as a research scientist for the company Alphabet Inc. He is currently working on a project that is called “ genomics for rice”. This project is designed to help rice farmers to improve their crops. Additionally, this project is also successful and is helping him to develop his skills as a researcher.

Farrukh Mahboob is also a founder and CEO at VisionX, a company that builds innovative machine vision systems and products. His product lines include Sight and Sight Machine Vision.
