We improved the usability of the Header, Footer and a number of the client applications, such as the Loan Calculator.
Having helped with the design of the header, footer and apps. The main UX I bought to the table included the re-design of the navigation, making the website responsive. I also conducted a number of user testing sessions that proved to improve the user experience by over 80%. I worked with the design team to ensure the best possible solution was presented to the user (re-designed over 70% of the website) as well as working closely with the dev team, to ensure the solution provided would be feasible for the deadline yet, cater for the user's needs.

From November 2013 to December 2013 (2 months) London, United KingdomLead UX Consultant - Deutsche Bank @ Being introduced to the Global Markets for Deutsche Bank (through Tobias and Tobias), we embarked on the MET sector by designing an innovative platform that can capture transactions by voice. I discovered DB WEST once I spent 2 weeks with the traders, sales and Middle Office and managed to find the best route how a trade could be monitored to reduce human error on mismatches and capture trades that is conducted on Bloomberg messenger and on the phone. I created a set of flow charts that enabled me to produce an initial conceptual design. From there we started to make our first prototype and test it with a number of traders, sales people and Mid-office. Currently the platform is being developed while the prototype is being tested in the New York,and London offices. We will also be looking at integrating DB WEST to ABFI2 and I will be managing the direction of this project with a number of developers and a BA. I have also:
• Managed a Dev team in London and Russia,
• Managed UX meetings with the New York (Deutsche office)

I was commissioned to design Argus Media'a latest pricing application (Argus Direct). Working with the key stake holders I was able to gather information that would enable me to design and produce a HTML prototype in Axure RP pro. I designed the application with the user in mind mapping the journey from the home page to the News, Price, Charting and settings page, I also designed the home page to be able to have customisable widgets that would display the key information from each page within the application. As the application is responsive, I had to design the wireframes and prototype to cater for mobile (tablet) devices. From September 2012 to March 2013 (7 months) Senior Information Architect @ During my stay at CACI I was involved in producing wireframes, sitemaps, Brand development, Taxonomy (Navigation), usability documentations (A/B - split testing), and site evaluations for the following websites and software applications: IPS (Home Office), Edinburgh Council and LSC (Legal Service Commission) for Ministry of Justice, June Survey and Cross Compliance for Department of Environment. Although this was a contract position, I was asked to have my contract extended.
