The main goal of this project was to migrate the entire CRM of NET to AMDOCS System. In the Data Warehouse division, the first phase was to develop sql queries as a contingency and ensure that all the main reports migrated accurately. With a project cost of around US$ 200 million and 300 people involved – from Brazil, India, and Israel – it has been the company’s biggest project in 15 years.
• As the english speaking technical leader, led discussions between NET’s end-users and AMDOCS data warehouse team to ensure a good understanding of requirements;
• Reviewed the business rules and methodology with the NET and AMDOCS team;
• Reviewed the sql queries produced by 5 members of the AMDOCS team versus the legacy queries. For bad queries, submitted defects for correction using HP Quality Center tool reported to around 30 defects per week to NET’s PMO.

Project: Production Hyperion Essbase environment maintenance
NET had an environment with 10 Hyperion servers located at HP data center and often the business intelligence team had to patch according to end-users needs. As part of an ongoing business intelligence team:
• Planned Roll-out and post roll-out support;
• Replaced and created new members in outline in order to meet new business requirements. This was necessary mainly when NET acquired new companies and the treasury department needed to update all accounting members in Essbase Outline;
• Loaded data on members and cubes, replaced calc scripts, rules files, report scripts and adjustments on ODBC;
• I led UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with end-users using the Hyperion Excel Add-in feature; From February 2012 to January 2014 (2 years) Business Intelligence Consultant @ The Largest State Court in Latin America.
The project consisted of developing several ETL process utilising Oracle Data Integrator and having SQL Server database as source in order to load all kind of law suits into the Data Warehouse database. In the end that information was displayed on reports and dashboards developed on OBIEE.
