I have a long history of applying advanced mathematics to complex problems for government, non-profits and business. I am interested in increasing public safety while reducing the Justice system's reliance on imprisonment. More generally I am interested in increasing labor force participation and providing pathways out of poverty for people pushed to the margins of society through educational failure or criminal justice involvement.
