I learned early on that attitude is everything and at every moment your mood is a choice. I enjoy loving everyday of my life, and I really think you should too!
I will improve any situation, by building a highly motivated, educated, and results driven team.
My passions in life are defined by three strengths; Competitiveness, Social-Intelligence, and Adaptability. When I mix these together, I find myself excelling in leadership.
At Target, I lead projects to improve broken processes and create more efficient strategies. More importantly, I changed the culture around hiring to support processes in a unique staffing store. This allowed for my teams to reach full stride. My leadership skills were also beneficial in college where I tripled membership, tripled events, and found a house for what once was just a small group of 20 fraternity brothers. We drove such tremendous change, that our chapter was recognized on both a University and National level, and I even took home the award for International President of the Year!
My challenge to my team is always to work hard AND have fun. A happy team, builds a positive culture, that keeps people engaged, driving long-term results through hard work.
My team is everything. My results are my passion. My adaptability will take me anywhere.
