From March 2008 to January 2015 (6 years 11 months) Team Leader @ Largest localization services provider for media and entertainment companies. Supervised and trained 17 employees on 2 teams. Managed team projects emphasizing prioritization, scheduling and workflow. Ensured quality. In this role I was challenged to prioritize and manage team projects including scheduling and workflow while producing excellent products. I fulfilled the goal of delivering approximately 40 -100 German localized subtitled TV episodes, movies, video game files, and client software daily. Localized and tested client marketing collateral, video games and software for Microsoft, Guthy Renker and others. I was promoted to Team Leader after 13 months.
