These abilities were bred early in his career when he was given the opportunity to build an outsourced technical specialist team delivering training, support and consultancy for a major storage player in the APJ market. During this period he was required to not only manage and develop the business but initially to deliver all of the above services as well. Most recently these skills were put to the test with the remit of establishing and building one of CommVault's three global support centers in Sydney. Over a two and half year period he developed a team of 40+ people, implemented a management structure and developed a unique culture that delivers industry leading customer support. From October 2003 to June 2004 (9 months) Systems Engineer @ Designed and implemented business solutions based around Intel, Microsoft, Citrix, brocade, Veritas, Netapp, quantum technologies for clients.
