Work with supplier and product management to ensure clear expectations and resolution of support product development by sourcing new products to achieve target prices to the customer, perceived value, and aesthetic presentation which distinguish our products from competition. Oversee and lead completion of Project/Product deadlines. Insure timeliness of all samples and developments to Product Directors. Give direction to Sales and Marketing during product transitions which will address potential E&O inventory, costs associated with pipeline supply, and opportunities to sell stock to depletion prior to new product introduction. Plan and purchase finished goods to meet sales requirements and delivery expectations. Monitor Direct Import Program to insure accuracy on the supply side.
