To provide that explanation, I will rely primarily on my two years of graduate work in psychology, which I completed in 2004 and 2005. In 2004 and 2005, I worked as an assistant professor at Santa Barbara City College. At Santa Barbara City College, I held the rank of associate. In my two years of graduate work, I researched the effects of stress and coping mechanisms on employee productivity and stress response in the workplace. I also developedewater impact stress research capabilities within my department. Additionally, I taught a 120 class course on stress in the workplace. In my teaching, I utilized research tools and methods from my doctoral work to help my students understand the effects of stress in the workplace. Overall, my work with groups at Santa Barbara City College helped me develop mental and physical resilience for the stresses of work.
