Dr. Hawkins has asked me to provide a more detailed explanation of my education and work readiness background. To provide that explanation, I will rely primarily on my two years of graduate work in psychology, which I completed in 2004 and 2005. In 2004 and 2005, I worked as an assistant professor at Santa Barbara City College. At Santa Barbara City College, I held the rank of associate. In my two years of graduate work, I researched the effects of stress and coping mechanisms on employee productivity and stress response in the workplace. I also developedewater impact stress research capabilities within my department. Additionally, I taught a 120 class course on stress in the workplace. In my teaching, I utilized research tools and methods from my doctoral work to help my students understand the effects of stress in the workplace. Overall, my work with groups at Santa Barbara City College helped me develop mental and physical resilience for the stresses of work. Additionally, my experiences at Santa Barbara City College gave me the experience and skills I need to successfully manage stress in the workplace.Based on my past experiences, I believe that I have the skills and abilities needed to successfully manage stress in the workplace. Additionally, my graduate work in psychology provided me with knowledge and experience in research methods and tools that I can utilize to help my students understand the effects of stress in the workplace. I am confident that I am well- prepared to manage stress in the workplace and that I have the intestinal fortitude and stamina needed to serve in an high-stress environment.

Her experience includes working with a number of startups, large tech companies, and government organizations. In her previous roles, she has helped develop technology strategies for large companies like Google, Facebook, and Amazon, as well as helping to design and build systems for government organizations like the FBI and la National Security Agency. Sheryl started her career with Sun Microsystems, where she was responsible for developing products for the Java platform. She then spent six years at TRW, where she was a product marketing manager for the TRW OpenView product line.
